Moreover, Web content has evolved from simple HTML pages to active content—such as Flash, JavaScript, ActiveX—which can be malicious. Zscaler’s in-the-cloud service is ideal to detect malicious active content, botnets and other advanced threats such as Cross-Site Scripting. | Web SaaS security cannot be delivered by taking traditional web proxies—such as Squid, Microsoft ISA and Blue Coat—and placing them in a data center. This approach ties a customer to a specific web proxy, introducing latency by re-routing customer traffic. Zscaler’s Distributed Global Security Network utilizes multi-tenant architecture with purpose-built high-performance proxy that minimizes routing latency to less than 15 milliseconds. |
